If you, within 7 days of signing up for a subscription, are unhappy with your purchase and you have not watched more than 2 modules, we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your account information and we will handle your refund within 14 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time towards the next billing cycle. Additionally, within the first 3 days of each billing cycle you can cancel your subscription and will receive a full refund, assuming not more than 2 training modules have been watched within the 3 days.
Please contact email@example.com if you want to cancel an already billed cycle.
In addition to these terms we will always try to find an amicable solution. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with billing, we will try our best to make it right.
